Our Whole Lamb Box includes approximately 35lbs of the nutrient dense regeneratively raised grass fed lamb. The price is $11/lb based on the hanging weight. Our box includes a variety of roasts, chops, and stew meat, with organs (heart, liver, kidneys) available upon request. All of our lamb is 100% grass fed and grass finished with no grain, leading to a lean, mild flavor.
